What to Expect From Blackbird Security at a Hiring Fair

Our hiring fairs are informational sessions designed to connect with potential candidates and provide insights into security careers. During these events, our recruitment team will be available to speak with candidates. 

Our team will discuss current security guard openings across Vancouver and explain the hiring process and requirements. Representatives will answer detailed questions about our training program, Blackbird Academy, and provide information about security roles. 

Candidates will have the opportunity to submit their resumes for consideration, however interviews are not conducted during hiring fairs. After reviewing submitted resumes, our hiring team will contact selected candidates to schedule official interviews.
