When we founded Blackbird Security, we heard from countless clients about the challenges they faced in finding a security partner to meet their needs. Leadership in the Field

Recently, Blackbird Security’s Director of Operations, Brett Moir, visited our Ontario security guards in Toronto to observe our operations and show support for our growing Ontario team. Brett donned his security gear and spent time with our tactical security guards in the field.

Brett possesses over 20 years of experience in the security industry, and it was brilliant to see him coaching and sharing practical knowledge with our team members.

Brett’s presence is just one example of our senior leadership staying present in our communities, meeting with clients, and seeing first-hand the challenges they face in their day-to-day operations. This hands-on daily involvement and care from our ownership and senior management team truly sets us apart, making Blackbird Security Canada the number one security company for both our clients and staff.
